Contract for supply of a new Nitrogen Separation Unit has been signed and activated at January 2022. Package now if manufacturing in SINA’s joint company in Europe and will be shipped at March 2023. Nitrogen Separation Unit will be installed in ARYASASOL Petrochemical Company as a standalone Skid. Package enables the recovery of valuable Ethylene Monomer and Nitrogen. The concentrated Ethylene monomer can be fed back into the production. Additionally, the process enables the purification of Nitrogen which can be recovered. The system is based on hydrocarbon-selective, partial-pressure driven membrane separation. During cross flow over membrane’s surface, preferred sorption and diffusion of hydrocarbons is taking place at the low-pressure side accordingly by the active separation layer’s properties of membranes, which is made of a silicon-based polymer rubber.
